Report


Based on your mobile billing data we build a set of customised reports that show your mobile spend by cost centre, department, branch office, device type, user etc. It allows us to identify significant trends and issues in your mobile usage and bring these to your attention in a monthly summary report. 

In addition to this we can present this data through a secure online portal giving you a powerful dashboard to ‘slice and dice’ the information as you wish.  You can analyse usage at the individual user level right down to the level of minutes, messages and megabytes of usage. From this dashboard you can also publish and distribute internal reports.

When our mobile analysts examine your spend data, they identify significant trends and expose the outliers.  We benchmark your spending against the market and against organisations similar to yours in terms of mobile usage. We then match your usage profiles to the appropriate price plans, bundles and add-ons. 

This is a dynamic process because your employees are purchasing new devices and their usage patterns are changing.  Likewise price plans are constantly changing and new bundles introduced. We understand and anticipate these changes so we can implement changes every month to match your needs as they evolve.
 
We do not conduct RFPs or encourage our customers to change network. However, by giving you visibility of your mobile spending, optimising your spend and proactively implementing changes, we ensure you will get maximum value for money.

  • Hardware is provisioned to use the right APN
